Vrisko To Logo Na Zo (Greek: Βρίσκω Το Λόγο Να Ζω English: I Find The Reason To Live) is the third studio album by the Greek singer-songwriter Helena Paparizou which was released on June 12, 2008. It was the first time that "DON - K" (Niclas Olausson and Toni Mavridis) had produced the entire album and that Paparizou had contributed to an album both musically and lyrically. It was also the first time that a duet was included on one of her solo albums. Paparizou reportedly said that she started writing songs with her team after the Christmas Holidays when she got back from Sweden. She also stated that the album was recorded between two countries Greece and Stockholm but also in her new professional home studio in Glyfada.
Singles:
The first single was "Porta Gia Ton Ourano" and it was released to radio stations on April 8, 2008.
The second single was "I Kardia Sou Petra" and it was first played exclusively on Orange FM on June 2, 2008 and the music video aired on Paparizou's official Youtube Page.
The third single from the album is "Pirotehnimata". Originally scheduled for release in September, the release date was pushed back due to the strong radio airplay for "I Kardia Sou Petra". The music video for the album was filmed in December at Iera Odos in front of a giant video screen, and features a more international feel.
The fourth single from the album is "Eisai I Foni" and it was released along with a music video on February 25, 2009.

My Number One is the first european album by Helena Paparizou during her solo career. It was released in many parts of Europe like Sweden, Turkey, Switzerland, Hungary, Finland, Slovenia, Russia, Denmark, Poland, the Netherlands and Spain but the songs from the album can be found on the Greek release of the album Protereotita: Euro Edition.
It contains the song "My Number One" which won the 50th Eurovision. It also includes three other songs with potential for the Eurovision entry: "OK", "Let's Get Wild" and "The Light in Our Soul". The album contained three other English songs: "If You Believe Me", "A Brighter Day" and "I Don't Want You Here Anymore." These three songs were inspired from the music of Helena's first album Protereotita. That album also included three singles: "My Number One", "The Light in Our Soul" and "A Brighter Day."
Singles:
The first single released from My Number One was Helena's winning song from the 2005 Eurovision song contest "My Number One". The single went to number one in Sweden for 4 very successful weeks. The single stayed on the charts for 29 weeks overall. In Europe it was a big hit, charting in many countries in singles charts and having airplay success.
The second single to be released from the album was "The Light in Our Soul" which was another successful single from the album and peaked at number three. The single was only released in Sweden. The song stayed a hit in Sweden over the summer and stayed on the charts for 24 weeks. It was still in the Swedish charts in early 2006. It had airplay success in certain european countries even if it wasn't released anywhere except Sweden.
The last single to be released from the album was "A Brighter Day." This was in Helena's least successful single to date as a solo artist in Sweden. The single reached number twenty-four (#24) and stayed on the charts for 10 weeks. The reason the single peaked at a low chart position was due to Helena promoting her new single "Mambo!" in Greece and did not have the time to promote "A Brighter Day" in Sweden. Also, no video was filmed for the single which might have contributed to its lack of success.
